Otis Taylor

Otis Taylor is a fellow of the Sundance Film Composers Laboratory and a multi-instrumentalist who has shared the stage with artists as varied as Gary Moore, Buddy Guy and Keb Mo. He is among the most innovative "Trance Blues" artists of our time. With that in mind, it was important that the Otis Taylor Signature Model be a very special guitar. It is a nod to vintage instruments with a taste of the modern. This collaboration has produced a musical instrument that truly reflects the artistry of both Otis Taylor and Santa Cruz Guitar Company.

Constructed of Indian Rosewood and an Italian Spruce top complimented by Adirondack Spruce bracing using Hot Hide Glue finished in Otis' custom color. The OT's compound radius fret board is an innovation that enhances playability and accurate intonation. The master grade Ebony fretboard is personalized with Otis Taylor's initials. This is a bold and beautiful instrument, as timeless as Otis Taylor's music.
