Introducing the Santa Cruz Guitar Mahogany Line...

We have designed a series of mahogany bodied guitars to supplement our primarily rosewood line of models. These instruments largely share appointments with one another and will be available in most models previously standard in Indian Rosewood for the body.

The D-M, OM-M, OMS-M, OOO-M, OO-M, H-M have the following appointments...

TOPS: Sitka Spruce, violin top purfling, tortoise-shell top binding, with ivoroid rosettes.

BODY: Genuine highest quality mahogany back and sides, tortoise-shell binding and black heel cap.

NECK: Genuine Mahogany, Ebony fingerboard with black binding, unbound Brazilian Rosewood peghead overlay; abalone "doppler" style position dots, Mother of pearl SCGC logo. High-density bone nut individually fit to the neck, and nickel SCGC tuners.

The Pre-War Models...

D/PW-M and OM/PW-M are mahogany versions of our D/PW and OM/PW. These mahogany models share the simpler PW series appointments; only the back and sides have changed to mahogany.
